Delivery Details
Large Items
Large items come on a pallet delivery service.
We will notify you once the item leaves us and then in the next few working days the pallet carrier will call you to arrange a day for delivery. This is why it is important you supply a phone number that can be reached in the day.
The delivery is to kurbside only as they can not enter private property, where possible they will help put the pallet in a suitable location. Please be aware that the pump trucks used to move the pallets off the lorry are only able to operate on smooth level ground - they are unable to work on grass, gravel or slopes. They are also not able to take the pallets away with them once the delivery is made.
Smaller Items
Smaller items are sent with APC couriers.
Once the item is collected from us they will then send over an email with details so you can track your order.

Delivery is FREE on all orders
(surcharges may apply to some areas namely Scottish Highlands & Islands, please see below for details)
Delivery is available for all areas of England & Wales, as well as parts of Scotland. If you live in one of the following postcodes or areas, please send an email to hello@adoreyourgarden.co.uk with the full delivery address and the details of the item(s) you are looking to purchase and we will sort a quote for the delivery.
