Our aim is to have 100% satisfied customers so should your article purchased not be exactly as you wish, we offer a 30-day return from the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund.
Should you wish to return any goods, the items need to be as you received them, unused and in original packaging with all labels attached and we ask you to please contact us before returning an item so we can issue you with a returns reference number as goods cannot be accepted without a returns form fully completed.
In the unfortunate & unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us before returning it as we are unable to return any costs incurred during returning the item, unless previously agreed by an email from our sales office.
When you return an item please ensure it is securely packaged and include a completed copy of the included return form. This will enable us to process your exchange or refund faster, thank you.
